I don't know about the other staff members, but I think there should be a couple of guidelines for posting support requests.

1. Please include the URL to your installation of Mihalism Multi Host. (ex: http://www.myimagehost.info/)
2. Include any error messages ( In v5 the logs can be found in ./source/errorlog/(php5/mysql) ), not just "something broke and I can't fix it"
3. Please refrain from posting a reply only a few hours after you started the topic, someone will help you when they're available.
4. Please specify which version you are using (4.0.2/5.0.0/etc...).

Personal note: If your site does not show "Powered by Mihalism Multi Host", do not expect help from me, Michael spends a whole lot of time on this software and the least people can do is leave that line alone.
