When i tried to upload something to my hosting account, it only appears : "Please go back and select at least one image file to upload"

Plz help me hơ to fix this?

the help in the language/upload.php say :

014 -- Error to be displayed if no files are given during upload
do u have changed the code ? do u have set the right permissions on the upload / image folder ? u could try to install the script again.
