My neighbor was tossing this out today so I decided to grab it. From what I've been able to find it's a 1979 Columbia Imperial.

I talked to my other neighbor and we're going to be working on fixing it soon here, we're going to have to rewire the entire thing and find some missing parts but it should be fun anyways.
